Simple Returns/Exchanges

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange for any reason, just send your item(s) back in their original condition within 45 days of purchase.

Simply email support@haypressdesigns.com with your Order Number and the Name of the Item(s) you would like to return/exchange and we will send you a return label.

Exchanges are free and returns will be charged a $5 flat rate shipping fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
